Nipid küünla ohutuks kasutamiseks:
- Enne küünla süütamist lõika küünlataht 0,5 cm pikkuseks. See tagab, et küünal põleks puhtalt ja ei tahmaks.
- Põleta küünalt ühe korra ajal vähemalt kuni sulavaha jõuab klaasini. See tagab küünla ühtlase põlemise.
- Soovitame küünalt põletada järjest kuni 4 tundi.
- Põleta küünalt alati kuumakindlal alusel, eemal süttida võivatest esemetest. Lõpeta küünla põletamine kui klaasi põhja on jäänud alla 1 cm vaha.
- Ole ettevaatlik põleva küünla liigutamisel – klaas võib kuum olla.
- Hoia põlevat küünalt laste ja loomade eest.
- Väldi tuuletõmbust küünla juures.
- Ära kunagi jäta põlevat küünalt järelevalveta.
- Kui küünlaklaas on muutunud tahmaseks (sest küünlataht on jäänud liiga pikaks) siis saad klaasi hõlpsasti puhastada paberist salvrätikuga.
