Dušigeel sisaldab sheavõid ning mitmeid looduslikke õlisid ja ekstrakte (avokaado-, kiivi- ja apelsiniõli, kaeratuumaekstrakt), mis toidavad nahka ja hoiavad selle pehmena. Pärast pesu ei jää nahk kuivaks ega kiskuma – tunne on kohe mõnusalt niisutatud.
